The Eagles continued to add secondary depth Thursday evening with the addition of former 3rd-round pick Ambry Thomas to the practice squad. The news was first reported by Jordan Schultz of the Schultz Report.
The Eagles traded with the Raiders for cornerback Jakorian Bennett on Aug. 4 and signed veteran safety Marcus Epps to the practice squad earlier Thursday. On Wednesday, they signed cornerbacks Parry Nickerson, Brandon Johnson and Eli Ricks and safety Andre’ Sam to the practice squad. All four were with the team in training camp.
