BELTON, Texas (KWTX) - An alleged peeping Tom is keeping an entire Belton community on edge as the man continues to be arrested and released. Most recently, twice for criminal trespassing.

Neighbors across the town shared their encounters with KWTX and why they feel more needs to be done to keep him behind bars.

Videos, pictures and stories continue to circulate social media of 45-year-old James Austin Grisham where they note several times the man has either followed them or come up to their windows trying to look inside.

One neighbor, who asked to be anonymous, says it has every woman in town hyper vigilant.

“I’m always seeing stuff about him. People even have alerts that let them know when he has been arrested or released,” she says.
