CLEVELAND — It's been nearly a week since shots were fired after a Ravenna High School football game , and this time of year, concerns about game safety are taken seriously.

Police are investigating after multiple gunshots were reported outside Ravenna's Portage Community Bank Stadium Friday night, shortly after the Ravens' football game against Kent Roosevelt. So far, no suspects have been identified, but police are following a number of leads.

In the meantime, both students and parents are concerned about safety at school sporting events. Tim Stried with Ohio High School Athletic Association says, to his knowledge, there have never been any issues at Ravenna.
