Following the departure of Maritza Cervantes from the Nogales Housing Authority, the council has now selected Judith Armendariz as the new housing director.

The measure was approved during the council’s Aug. 13 meeting. Councilwoman Liza Montiel, who is Armendariz’s sister, did not attend the meeting. ×
