Now that the bank holiday is behind us, we are firmly in end-of-summer territory. The slow balmy evenings are gradually being phased out for endless back-to-school kit lists and burgeoning inboxes. But rather than this being a source of overwhelm or anxiety, there are ways to really enjoy these last few weeks of summer .
