Labor Day might be upon us, but streaming services are thankfully still in summer movie mode.

The Marvel superhero flick "Thunderbolts*" is finally on Disney+, and Netflix has a new edition of its word-of-mouth hit "KPop Demon Hunters." Those are among the fresh flicks on your favorite streamers, including Amazon's Prime Video, Hulu and Peacock. There's original fare, like a Helen Mirren/Pierce Brosnan murder mystery, as well as theatrical releases arriving at home such as a period drama with Will Poulter, Daisy Edgar-Jones and Jacob Elordi.

'Bob Trevino Likes It'

Barbie Ferreira stars in the heartwarming drama as a young woman wanting to reconnect with her estranged father (French Stewart). Instead, she makes an online connection with a stranger (John Leguizamo) who has his same name, and the two create a bond of friendship in real life that both of them need.

'Devo'

Essential viewing if your knowledge of Devo is limited to those red flower-pot hats and "Whip It." Band members Mark Mothersbaugh and Gerald Casale chronicle the new wave group's creation following the Kent State killings, their satirical performance-art beginning and mainstream success in the early days of MTV.

'Eenie Meanie'

Edie (Samara Weaving), aka "Eenie Meanie," was an ace wheel woman in her teenage days. The talented getaway driver gets pulled back into the game when her hot mess of an ex-boyfriend (Karl Glusman) is in it bad with a crime boss (Andy Garcia). To save him, Edie has to rob a casino in an action comedy with plenty of horsepower.

'Hell of a Summer'

"Stranger Things" stalwart Finn Wolfhard sticks with the horror genre for his directorial debut, a Gen Z coming-of-age slasher comedy set at summer camp. Fred Hechinger stars as a 20-something mocked by his fellow camp counselors for being too old, but they all have bigger issues than ageism when a killer starts hunting them.

'KPop Demon Hunters Sing-Along'

From all those social media posts to being the most watched Netflix movie ever, the animated "KPop Demon Hunters" is summer's most talked-about cinematic phenomenon. Even adults dig it! And now that you've got "Golden" and "Soda Pop" stuck in your head, sing them alongside your kids with this lyric-filled new edition.

'The Map That Leads to You'

In the romance based on the J.P. Monninger novel, Heather (Madelyn Cline) is traveling through Europe with her pals when she meets Jack (KJ Apa), a young dude following a path laid out by his grandfather's journal. Sparks fly, so much so that Heather has to choose between her planned-out future or this hunky nomad.

'Night of the Zoopocalypse'

Got youngsters interested in dipping their their toes into scary-movie waters? Here's a good gateway horror comedy to prep for Halloween. The animated flick centers on a young wolf (voiced by Gabbi Kosmidis) and a grumpy mountain lion (David Harbour) facing a zoo full of mutant zombie animals infected by a strange meteor.

'On Swift Horses'

In this 1950s melodrama, Korean War vet Lee (Will Poulter) wants to move from Kansas to California to begin a new life with wife Muriel (Daisy Edgar-Jones) and brother Julius (Jacob Elordi). But Julius winds up in Vegas in a romance with a fellow casino employee (Diego Calva) while Muriel has her own secret dalliance with a neighbor (Sasha Calle).

'Thunderbolts*'

Like a superhero "Bad News Bears," the Marvel super-team adventure stars Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Sebastian Stan and Wyatt Russell as a misfit crew of B- and C-list players from other movies. They not only save the day but also juggle bleak darkness and inspired humor in a surprisingly moving exploration of mental health.

'The Thursday Murder Club'

Richard Osman's cozy British murder mystery novel gets an endearing adaptation. Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan and Ben Kingsley play wannabe detectives who try to crack cold cases for fun. Just as they're indoctrinating a new member to their club (Celia Imrie), a real whodunit arises when the guy who owns their retirement home is bludgeoned to death.
