A love of their home state keeps producers Jonas and Josh Pate coming back to North Carolina for their new projects for film and television.
Next up for the Winston-Salem-born brothers: “The Runarounds,” a young adult drama about aspiring musicians set in Wilmington, where Jonas Pate lives. The eight-episode first season debuts Sept. 1 on the Amazon Prime streaming service.

The twin brothers were born at Baptist Hospital and grew up in Raeford.
They have been working in show business for close to 30 years now, starting with the acclaimed indie film “The Grave” in 1996
