SAN ANTONIO — “Operation Kill All Citizens”: that’s the threat one San Antonio man is now facing charges for after he allegedly emailed 50 different people across the city, including law enforcement, demanding money.

According to an arrest affidavit, Martin Rivera-Perez Gonzalez believed money was owed to him, including Crime Stoppers fees, funds from local media outlets and even checks from the City of San Antonio.

Police said in the emails, he wrote that if his demands weren’t met, he would begin what he called "Operation Kill All Citizens."

Arrest records say that meant detonating explosives near gas lines and bombing vehicles belonging to SAPD, park police, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office and the city. He also allegedly wrote that he would open gas pipelines, bomb a parking lot an
