NILES A Niles man has reported to the Trumbull County Jail to begin serving a sentence for a traffic accident that claimed the life of a Warren motorcyclist.

Twenty-one-year-old Sebastian Tulanko was booked into jail on Thursday to serve the first of several staggered weekends behind bars after pleading guilty earlier this week to vehicular manslaughter.

The charge stems from a two-vehicle accident that occurred on July 24, 2025, on Route 422 at Frederick Street.

According to Niles police, Tulanko was driving a Ford Crown Victoria just before 4 p.m. when he failed to yield while making a left turn, striking a Harley Davidson motorcycle head-on.
