WATERFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - The Waterford Police Department is asking the community to help identify a person involved in a recent burglary at Scott’s Farm and Garden on Boston Post Road.

The intruder is believed to have stolen approximately $300 during the overnight hours a few weeks ago.

In a candid Facebook post, the department acknowledged the suspect may not be immediately recognizable, but urged anyone who knows the individual to come forward.

The post included surveillance images featuring distinctive features that might assist with identification.
