Hibs have been linked with a possible loan deal for Scotland and Birmingham City striker Lyndon Dykes

Any deal would need to be concluded before Monday’s transfer deadline.

If a deal can be agreed Dykes would join former team mate Grant Hanley at Easter Road.

The 29-year-old striker who has been named in Steve Clarke’s Scotland squad for next month’s opening World Cup qualifiers, has made just one start in five appearances for English Championship side Birmingham this season.

The former Livingston player joined Birmingham from Queens Park Rangers last summer but struggled for regular game-time.

He scored just three times before missing the final three months of the 2024-25 season through injury.

Australia-born Dykes has nine goals in 42 caps for Scotland.
