Concerts Under the Canopy to benefit three East Tennessee charities

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Soon, Worlds Fair Park will be filled with music as part of the Concerts Under the Canopy series.

Concerts Under the Canopy is part of the Concerts for Our Own.

“There are three local charities that are going to benefit from this,” said Aaron Snukals with Concerts for Our Own. “When we finish this year Concerts Under the Canopy will have given $91,000 to local charities.”

The charities benefitting this year are The Love Kitchen, Breast Connect and Choice Health Network.

“it’s a great opportunity for us to get the word out about what we do,” said Jennifer Holder with the Choice Health Network.

The Choice Health Network is an organization that provides high-quality, comprehensive services that address the physical, mental and emotional needs of clients with HIV
