YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A statewide systems outage is impacting the processing of motor vehicle titles in Ohio.

Information from the Mahoning County Clerk of Courts Office said Friday that the outage is impacting the ATPS and Bass systems.

"These systems are essential for processing motor vehicle titles and are currently down across all county Title Departments and Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) locations," according to a news release from the county office.

The Mahoning County Title Department offices are still open, but services are "extremely" limited until the outage is fixed. A time frame has not been determined.
