The Chesley Fall Fair promises to deliver a variety of attractions and events for families at the community centre on Sept. 5-6.

Organized by the Chesley Agricultural Society, a team of volunteers have been working on plans to celebrate the theme “Family Ties and Homemade Pies.”

The fair kicks of Friday evening with beef on a bun, an opportunity to look at exhibits, an auction of first placed baked items and preserves, community youth dance and the fair official opening featuring special guests.

The ambassador contest this year drew interest in the tiny tot, junior and senior categories. Ainsley Loveday-Wight and Emma Lynch will be competing for the tiny tot title. Junior competitors include Anika Alexander, Ivy Collision, Kiley Hawke and Evelyn Weirmeir. Additionall
