The Office Sports Bar and Grill scores 87

The Office Sports Bar and Grill on Northlake Parkway received an 87 after inspectors found pests throughout the main kitchen. The inspection report did not specify what kind of pests were found, but the inspection report states that the violation must be corrected in the next 10 days.

The inspector also noticed the other following violations:

Food employee using electronic tobacco device while prepping/cooking food in the main kitchen

Black residue buildup on ice machine chute

Walk-in cooler leaking onto shelving

Personal speaker and personal cell phone stored on the prep top counter at the time of inspection
