All it took was a few minutes looking out over the Arkansas River to inspire Philip and Danielle Phillips to set out on a new culinary path.
“We managed to get this building about a week after it went on the market,” Philip Phillips said. “We really jumped at the chance because it’s such an iconic place, and who wouldn’t want to jump at the chance to do something cool here?”
