A local cannabis entrepreneur who was instrumental in getting the legalization question in front of Loveland voters last year is mostly satisfied with how the regulation framework is unfolding so far, but still has concerns about the fairness of proposed location restrictions.
After Thursday’s public meeting to discuss the potential regulations, Autumn Todd, who held a medical marijuana license in Loveland before it was banned in 2010, said that a potential one-mile separation rule between dispensaries will add another layer of difficulty to what is already a time-consuming process.
