A Melbourne fire spokesperson confirmed that 20 people, including children, were evacuated during the collapse.
"I was in my office working. I thought one of the kids just hit one of the ceiling tiles with the pool stick, but when I came around the corner and seeing that, it was a shock," Williams said.
