New signs posted near crosswalk by Pulse site

New signs are now up around the crosswalk in front of Pulse Nightclub. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) first painted over the rainbow crosswalk last week. Although protestors attempted to color it back in again, the paint and chalk was removed several different times. FOX 35's Amanda McKenzie shows us what the scene looks like now.

Earlier this month, the Pulse Memorial rainbow crosswalk honoring the 49 lives lost in the 2016 nightclub shooting was removed and painted over by the state. Although residents have repainted the crosswalk multiple times, crews with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) have continued to paint back over it.
