Fort Smith bus with students involved in accident; no injuries

FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Fort Smith bus carrying students was involved in an accident with no injuries, according to Fort Smith Public Schools (FSPS).

"Students are on board, but officers are on the scene, and no injuries have been reported," FSPS said in a social media post. "We appreciate the swift response of emergency personnel and will continue to monitor the situation."

Another Fort Smith Public Schools bus got in an accident Aug. 13 at the intersection of 74th Street and U Street, with no injuries.
