MOUNTAIN HOME, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Eastbound lanes on Interstate 84 outside of Mountain Home are back open after a crash on Friday.

A crash involving a semitruck at milepost 98 blocked all eastbound lanes in the morning, according to Idaho 511 . Traffic was backed up for miles as ITD advised drivers to find other routes.

Crews were able to open one lane back up around noon before completely opening the eastbound lanes open just after 4:30 p.m.

KMVT has reached out to Idaho State Police for more information regarding the crash.
