SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The trial of Jason and Lacey Carney, scheduled for Sept. 2, has been moved to February 2026.

According to a pretrial scheduling order, the jury trial for a couple accused of defrauding donors through their nonprofit 2nd Milk has been rescheduled to Feb. 2, 2026 at 9 a.m.

Court records note no further continuances will be granted.

The Carneys face federal wire fraud charges, with prosecutors alleging they misused thousands of dollars charitable donations intended to aid orphaned children in Africa.
