High-risk sex offender registers north Fargo address

FARGO — Jerry Verl Holmes Sr., a high-risk sex offender, has registered a north Fargo address.

Holmes, 58, is living at 123 15th St. N., according to a release from the Fargo Police Department.

He is 6-foot, weighs 190 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair, the release said.

In 2010, Holmes was convicted of corruption/solicitation of a minor in Williams County, North Dakota. The victim was a 17-year-old female.

The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee determined he has a high risk of re-offending. He is a lifetime registrant.
