MOORHEAD — There's a good chance some of you shined your boots, got your haircut and put on a splash of your best Brute aftershave, all for your school's summer class reunion.
But in Moorhead this week, nobody worried about designer clothes or fat 401K accounts.
It was Moorhead's 1955 class reunion: their 70th.
Of course they all arrived early, some with walkers or canes. All with an attitude of gratitude, and all glad to see each other.
"Oh my goodness, look at those hairdos, it has to be from the '60s, those beehive haridos," Carol Rydell, a class member, said as she looked at old photos.
"It's great, I love it. It is so much fun," Bev McAllister, another class member, said.
They came to the reunion in Moorhead from around the country. They are all in their late 80s now.
