NEENAH, Wis. (WBAY) - In just under a month, thousands of runners will take on the Community First Fox Cities Marathon, presented by Miron Construction.

Among them is a relay team from Miron itself.

While it’s a first time for some and not for others, the team is proving there is a race for every pace.

Service manager Hunter Nelson has been running for several years.

This year, he wanted to share that passion with his coworkers.

“I sat down at the beginning of the year, wanting to take on a new challenge. Not just individually, but I wanted to assemble a group of individuals to take on a challenge with me,” says Nelson.

That group includes logistics coordinator Brent McKerchie, who took up running after a life-changing health scare.
