WASHOE COUNTY, Nev. (KOLO) - Plumes of smoke from a vegetation fire filled the air near Black Butte in the Poodle Mountain Wilderness area of Washoe County just before 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 29, according to Watch Duty.

No acreage has been listed for the fire northwest of Gerlach where Burning Man is being held.
