MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) – Minot Police arrested two people Thursday in Minot following an investigation into drugs being delivered to teenagers.
According to police, officers received a report late last month from a parent who suspected their juvenile daughter was being sold Adderall and marijuana.
Following their investigation, police said they arrested 20-year-old Brynn Swanson on eight felony charges involving the delivery of controlled substances.
They also identified 21-year-old Jason Forsman as an accomplice and charged him as such for each count.
Police arrested the men at Forsman’s residence on Thursday without incident. Investigators said the drugs were delivered to juveniles aged 16 and 17.
