CADDO PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) is helping families stay prepared no matter what life may throw at them by offering a free class to keep you ahead of trouble and your family safe.
The workshop aims to equip Caddo Parish residents with essential knowledge and tools to prepare for various emergencies.
The class will cover key topics including emergency preparedness, disaster kits, and awareness regarding tornadoes, storms, floods, and active shooter situations.
Lieutenant Tony LeBlanc will host a Natural and Man-Made Hazards Preparation Workshop on Thursday, September 11, at 6 p.m. at Sheriff’s Safety Town, located at 8910 Jewella Ave, Shreveport, LA.
Participation in the workshop is free, but space is limited to just 25 attendees.
