Variations Distillery and Little Stiller have both taken home a champion award from this year’s Perth Royal Food Awards for excellence in distilled spirits.

Variations Distillery left the awards night last week with champion gin alongside a gold and silver medal award for their distilled spirits.

The Ravenswood-based gin and vodka distillery is run by three husband-and-wife teams and opened in 2021.

Part-owner Nic Willis, and wife of Variations’ head distiller Saul Hart, said she was immensely proud of the dedication, creativity and passion that went into developing the recipes behind the award.

“These achievements reflect Saul’s hard work and commitment to excellence,” she said.
