CRAIG COUNTY, VA (LOOTPRESS) – The Montcalm Generals had a tough start to their 2025 football season Friday night, falling 48-0 on the road to the Craig County Rockets.

The Rockets (1-0) dominated from the opening kickoff, piling up points while keeping Montcalm (0-1) off the scoreboard.

The Generals struggled to establish momentum offensively against the Craig County defense and were unable to slow down the Rockets’ attack.

Montcalm will look to regroup next week when it makes another trip to Virginia, this time to face the Twin Valley Panthers.
