CONEY ISLAND, Brooklyn (WABC) -- At Coney Island, many are holding on the last unofficial weekend of summer.

"It's just been fast. You don't even have time to enjoy it. It just went by like that," said a visitor.

"I'm going to have to suffer soon, going back to school. But I'm just trying to make the best of it right now," Eric Morillo said.

Labor Day Weekend is about family members and about family businesses.

"Every year right before school starts, we have a tradition about going back to Coney Island and riding all the rides, having some great fun and getting some great food. So it's a tradition we've had for like ten twelve years now," Bradley Benn said.
