Final sendoff for 'Nicest Judge in the World'

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Family and friends gathered for the funeral mass of Judge Frank Caprio on Friday morning.

A procession down Atwells Avenue through Providence’s Federal Hill neighborhood followed.
