BRANSON, Mo. (KY3) - KY3’s Paul Adler took flight with the Blue Angels right before the Branson Wings of Pride Air Show .

You go from exhilarating to stomach churning in the F-18 with the Blues. While Paul is happy to be back on the ground. He introduces you to a Branson police officer who’s just starting his journey in the sky.

In the pre-flight briefing, it’s not about learning to fly. This briefing is about how to ride in the back of a fighter jet.

“This... do not touch,” explains the instructor.

Branson school resource officer Jesse Wilcox says on a scale of one to ten his excitement is at 42. Jesse hopes to pilot his own ride to the sky one day.

After a slight foggy weather delay, Jesse and Paul are strapped in for a once in a lifetime event.
