A nationally branded liquor store has finally won approval to open in Moore after months of uncertainty.

Total Wine Spirits Beer & More is hiring several full time and part time positions for the store, which is expected to open within weeks.

Oklahoma's Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission denied the chain's application in December because it initially formed the wrong type of in-state company. Total Wine applied as an LLP, a limited liability partnership, which conducts business similarly to an LLC, a limited liability company.
