SULPHUR, La. (KPLC) - Drivers in Sulphur are being asked to use caution Saturday morning as many roads remain flooded.
Houston River Fire Department reports crews are out checking road conditions.
While some roads are that are underwater are still passable, officials are asking drivers to stay home if possible and off of the roadways.
Viewers reported flooding on Houston River and Koonce roads, Crocker and Phillips streets, along with some areas of U.S. 90.
Rain gauges in the area indicated 3-5 inches of rain in parts of Carlyss and Sulphur.
