SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Two men were injured in a possible drive-by shooting in the Allendale neighborhood.

On August 30 at 1:30 a.m., the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) responded to a shooting on the 1900 block of Northdale Avenue, in the Allendale neighborhood.

Once they got there, they found that two men had been shot, one multiple times.

SPD says that the incident is a possible drive-by shooting, but there is no description of a vehicle or suspect.

One victim was shot multiple times in the rear, the other was shot once to the leg.

No arrests have been made.

Shell casings were recovered from the scene of the incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
