What we learned from Week 2 of high school football in SW Indiana

EVANSVILLE — Nothing about high school football is ever straightforward in Southwestern Indiana.

The second week of the 2025 season is the latest example. The Southern Indiana Athletic Conference had three games decided in the final minute, including a near upset at Reitz Bowl. The opposite could be said of the multiple blowouts within the Pocket Athletic Conference. It was a polar opposite of last week.
