’We no longer take AIPAC money’: McGarvey distances himself from group at town hall

U.S. Rep. Morgan McGarvey will no longer take campaign donations associated with the pro-Israel American Israel Public Affairs Committee , which previously facilitated the spending of tens of thousands of dollars on campaigns by Kentucky’s only Democrat in Congress.

“We no longer take AIPAC money,” McGarvey said at an Aug. 30 town hall at Louisville’s duPont Manual High School to applause from the audience.
