AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – Amarillo Crime Stoppers and Student Crime Stoppers lined the Civic Center with several classic cars for their biggest fundraiser of the year.

Amarillo Crime Stoppers and Student Crime Stoppers a nonprofit that takes anonymous tips on unsolved crimes.

"The main purpose of the program is, you know, for people in the community or on campuses to give that information over to law enforcement so it can be investigated. But the biggest thing of the program is keeping the tipster's identity anonymous," added Police Coordinator for Amarillo Crime Stoppers Cpl. Scott Welling.
