No. 2 Penn State toppled Nevada, 46-11, on Saturday.

Penn State kicked off against Nevada at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, with the game airing on CBS. Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and Jenny Dell make up the broadcast team. It is the first-ever meeting between the two teams.

The Nittany Lions are loaded with returning talent, including quarterback Drew Allar , star running backs Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen and defensive linemen Zane Durant and Dani Dennis-Sutton. In James Franklin’s 12th year, they’re among the favorites to win the Big Ten and the national championship.

The visiting Wolf Pack, of the Mountain West Conference, are led by first-year starting quarterback Chubba Purdy. They finished 2024 just 3-10, but they lost five games by five points or fewer.
