The Nittany Lions , ranked No. 3 in the US LBM Coaches Poll and No. 2 in the AP Poll , defeated the Wolf Pack, 46-11, in college football in front of 106,915 fans on Saturday at Beaver Stadium in Happy Valley, Pennsylvania.

Nevada received $1.6 million for the game.

The Nittany Lions got three turnovers — two fumbles and an interception — as they opened a 27-3 lead at halftime.

Nevada scored its lone touchdown of the game in the final minute on a 9-yard pass from AJ Bianco to Marcus Bellon. Joe McFadden kicked a 28-yard field goal in the first half for the Pack's other score.
