NORTON — Jeeno Thitikul is tied for fourth place going into the final round of the FM Championship on Sunday.

The world’s No. 1 ranked women’s golfer carded 7-under on Saturday at TPC Boston to put her at 14-under for the tournament. Andrea Lee is also in fourth place with the same score.

The next 18 holes will be the most important for Thitikul. The 22-year-old will try to be as perfect as possible, but knows mistakes can and will happen.

“I know like I can’t control anything else more than myself, more than my swing and more than my stroke,” she said. “I’m trying to do it perfectly. ... But ... simple golf is the best that I can do. If I can do simple golf, that’s when I play my best.”
