23. Warren Moon

Undrafted out of Washington in 1978, Moon dominated the Canadian Football League first, winning five consecutive Grey Cups with the Edmonton Eskimos from 1978-1982 before entering the NFL with the Houston Oilers in 1984 at age 28.

He quickly became a prolific passer, leading the league in yards twice (4,689 in 1990, 4,690 in 1991) and earning Offensive Player of the Year in 1990 with 33 touchdowns.

Over 10 seasons with the Oilers, Moon set franchise records with 33,685 yards and 196 touchdowns, guiding them to seven straight playoff appearances from 1987-1993, including a memorable 1993 wild-card comeback.
