Many people easily switch into holiday mode as soon as their out of office is activated, but deciding when to relax and when to make the most of your trip can be a challenge. ‌

Travel experts from easyJet have teamed up with wellbeing expert Dr Andy Cope to devise the ultimate formula for holiday happiness . ‌

For the " perfect holiday ", the formula recommends at least 4.8 hours of sunshine, 6.1 hours of sleep and 2.2 hours of physical activity. It also allocates 2.9 hours for rest and relaxation, which isn't necessarily your nightly sleep. ‌
