Melissa Etheridge and the Indigo Girls brought their co-headlining Yes We Are tour to the Maine Savings Amphitheater on Saturday night.
Grammy winner Etheridge, who released her self-titled first album in 1988, is still going strong nearly four decades later. Her most recent release last year, Melissa Etheridge: I’m Not Broken, included a two-part docuseries and accompanying live album.
The Indigo Girls — Emily Saliers and Amy Ray — also signed their first record deal in 1988. Over the past four decades, the duo has released 16 studio albums and sold more than 15 million records.
