The Arizona Western College Small Business Development Center hosted a workshop called “Franchise 101: Is your business ready?” earlier this month, designed to offer growth strategies for successful local entrepreneurs who are considering franchising.

Th questions that entrepreneurs should ask when considering franchising their business, according to Louie Picazo, founder of the franchise coaching company Lola Consulting, include: “Can I really do this? Do I have the confidence? Do I have the know-how? Do I have the grit to get this done?”
