CRAIG BELLAMY reckons Aaron Ramsey can be a secret weapon if Wales qualify for the World Cup.

The Dragons captain, 34, joined Mexican side Pumas UNAM on a one-year deal in the summer.

Ramsey is back fit again following a long-term hamstring injury.

And Wales boss Bellamy believes his skipper would give his team-mates the inside track with Mexico being one of the hosts for next summer's global tournament.

Bellamy said: "I'm excited for that and if or when we get to Mexico, or if we have to play over there, then we've got first hand experience.

"Tell us everything, tell us what it's like?

"For example, there’s the altitude. What's it going to be like if he comes down?

"Live high, train low, you know what I mean? What's that going to do? Is he going to have more energy?"
