The Government has been accused of driving everyone mad with a fresh war on motorists. Ministers have been slammed over plans to roll out “spy cameras” on car parks across the country. Proposals have been submitted to the Department for Transport to allow councils to install number plate recognition cameras so they can fine more motorists. ‌
