Haraz Coffee Shop, a new Yemeni coffee shop, has opened in Roseville, hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday.

The coffee brand started in Michigan, with roots in the Yemeni mountains, and serves Yemeni coffee, hand-crafted drinks from around the world, and pastries made in partnership with local bakers. The business expressed excitement about joining the Roseville community.

"It's great to see the community come out, and enjoy a great cup of coffee," Mayer Zahid said.

Zahid also mentioned they are working on opening a location in Folsom soon and have hopes of expanding to other parts of Placer and Sacramento counties, as well as the Bay Area.
