Another hiker has died at Glacier National Park in Montana, and this time, the victim was a 73-year-old woman who was hiking along one of the park's most scenic and popular trails: the Highline Trail , known for its narrow, cliff-side section with a steep drop-off, as well as cable handrails that many hikers find challenging.

This latest incident also comes days after another visitor was seriously injured after being attacked by a bear in Glacier National Park . Although drowning is the most common cause of death in Glacier , this time, a fall led to the hiker losing her life. The park said investigations are ongoing regarding the fatal fall, and members of the public, including fellow visitors, are mourning.
